Day 2

Day 2.. Plyometric Cardio Circuit.. I have never done such a crazy warm-up.. Jake tried to do it with me but ended up stopping and coaching me and then just leaving. The warm-up and exercise was really hard work and I had to stop a little throughout the exercises plus my form was off but I did finish. I don't expect to be able to get through all of them until I build my endurance. But woo was I red, hot and sweaty.

Another blog for another attempt at getting fit

So I tried the PINK method which I did lose 10 lbs in 2 weeks from doing the detox phase. Shortly after that I started having some heartburn/acid reflux issues and have unfortunately been dealing with that. I went to a pretty unhelpful GI doctor finally after visiting my regular doctor twice. I am now trying to work things out on my own... Helpful things have been working out in the morning (Extremely helpful.. I wasn't being very consistent at first but two weeks ago I was able to exercise Tuesday-Friday morning and this past week I was able to do Tuesday-Saturday morning (I rotate Jillian Michael's DVD's and Saturday morning we did a walk). If I work out in the evening I have to eat my lunch by like 1 and can't eat until after I work out, Not the best thing for my metabolism but otherwise I just feel sick and can't work out at all. So a few of my friends decided to do Insanity. Before anytime would tell me they were doing Insanity I would say well isn't that workout insane... Now that I have seen my friend's results I feel like I need to jump on the wagon too. I don't expect or want a 6 pack of abs but It would be nice to feel confident in a bikini.



Sunday was my first day.. The Fit Test... I convinced Jake that he should do it with me. He gave up half way and then tried to coach me on proper form of things.. It was tough.. you basically try to do as many reps of each exercise as possible in 1 minute (there are 8 moves) then you record them and will do it again in a little less than two weeks to see how much of a difference there is.

Todays exercise is a Plyometric Cardio Circuit.. which sounds awful.

I have been trying to find before and after pictures of women that are similar to me to see what kind of results I might see.
